Overview
Driver Power Seat - Without Memory
The driver power seat is equipped with the following motors:

Cushion tilt motor (serviced with front seat track)
-
Height motor (serviced with front seat track)
-
Horizontal motor (serviced separately from the front seat track)
-
Recliner motor (serviced with front seat backrest)
Driver Power Seat - With Memory
The power driver seat is controlled by the DSM located on the driver
front seat track. PMI is required when a new DSM is installed. The DSM
hard/soft stops must be set/reset any time a new DSM , driver front seat
track or driver front seat backrest is installed.
The
memory system allows automatic positioning of the driver seat to 1 of 3
programmable positions. For information on programming memory positions
or recalling a stored memory position, refer to the Owner's Literature.
The driver memory seat is equipped with the following motors:

Cushion tilt motor (serviced with front seat track)

Height motor (serviced with front seat track)

Horizontal motor (serviced separately from the front seat track)

Recliner motor (serviced with front seat backrest)

Lumbar motor (serviced with front seat power lumbar assembly)
Passenger Power Seat
The 6-way passenger power seat is equipped with the following motors:

Recliner motor (serviced with front seat backrest)
-
Height motor (serviced with front seat track)
-
Horizontal motor (serviced separately from the front seat track)
Heated Seats
This system allows on demand, independent, electrical heating of each front seat.
The heated seat system consists of the following components:

Seat cushion heater mat

Seat backrest heater mat
-
HVAC module (includes heated seat switches)

Other information:
Adjusting the Exterior Mirrors
WARNING: Do not adjust the
mirrors when your vehicle is moving. This
could result in the loss of control of your
vehicle, serious personal injury or death.

Right-hand mirror.
To adjust your mirrors, switch your vehicle
on, with the ignition in accessory mode or
the engine running.
Select the mirror you want to adjust.

Turn the ignition ON, engine OFF.
Set the parking brake on.
For automatic transmission place the selector lever in
DRIVE (D). For manual transmission place the gearshift lever in FIRST
GEAR.

What Is the Master Access Code
The master access code is a factory-set
five-digit entry code. You can operate the
keypad with the master access code at
any time. The master access code is on the
owner’s wallet card in the glove box and
is available from an authorized dealer.
Displaying the Master Access Code
To display the factory-set code in the
information display:

Remove the rubber mat.
Insert the first programmed key in the
backup slot.
Press the push button ignition switch
once and wait a few seconds.
Press the push button ignition switch
again and remove the key.
Within 10 seconds, place a second
programmed intelligent access key in
the backup slot and press the push
button ignition switch.
