Removal

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.

Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Refer to: Battery Disconnect and Connect - Full Hybrid

Remove the fasteners.
Torque:
22 lb.in (2.5 Nm)

Remove the fasteners.
Torque:
22 lb.in (2.5 Nm)

Disconnect the EVAP canister electrical connector.

Disconnect the EVAP canister quick release couplings.

Disconnect the fresh air hose and retainer.
-
Remove the nuts and the EVAP canister.
Torque:
27 lb.in (3 Nm)
