Remove the EGR cooler inlet tube, remove and discard the gaskets.
Installation

Clean and inspect the gasket surface and the studs. Replace the studs if necessary.
Torque:
159 lb.in (18 Nm)

Install the EGR cooler inlet tube, hand tighten them at this stage.
-
Tighten in the sequence shown.
Torque:

18 lb.ft (24 Nm)
