Removal

Remove the cooling module.
Refer to: Cooling Module (303-03A Engine Cooling - 1.5L EcoBoost (132kW/180PS) – I3 (Y1), Removal and Installation).

If equipped.
Remove the CCM .
Refer to: Cruise Control Module (CCM) (419-03B Cruise Control -
Vehicles With: Adaptive Cruise Control, Removal and Installation).

Remove the upper radiator support insulators.

Remove the lower radiator support insulators and seperate the active grille shutter from cooling module.
Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
