Ford Escape: Front End Body Panels / Removal and Installation - Engine Front Undershield

Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

  1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.
    Refer to: Jacking and Lifting (100-02 Jacking and Lifting) .
  1. Remove the bolts and the engine front undershield.
    Torque: 13 lb.in (1.5 Nm)

Installation

  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
