Ford Escape: Exterior Lighting / Removal and Installation - Headlamp Bulb

Removal

Low beam bulb, vehicles equipped with halogen headlamps

1. Remove the low beam headlamp bulb cover.

   Remove the low beam headlamp bulb.
   
   1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
      
   2. Rotate the low beam headlamp bulb counterclockwise and remove the bulb holder from the headlamp assembly.

High beam bulb, vehicles equipped with halogen headlamps

1. Remove the high beam headlamp bulb cover.
   

1. 
   Remove the high beam headlamp bulb.
   
   1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
      
   2. Rotate the high beam headlamp bulb counterclockwise and remove the bulb holder from the headlamp assembly.
      

1. Remove the low beam headlamp bulb.
   

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
