Ford Escape: Parking Aid - Vehicles With: 180 Degree Camera/360 Degree Camera/Parking Aid Camera / Removal and Installation - Rear Parking Aid Camera

Removal

1. Remove the liftgate lower interior trim panel.
   Refer to: Liftgate Trim Panel (501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and Installation).
   

1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
   

1. Release the tabs, position the retaining plate and remove the rear view camera.
   

Installation

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
   

1. Initialize the rear view camera.
