Removal

Remove the front seat cushion cover and foam as an assembly.

Remove the front seat backrest.

Remove the front seatbelt buckle.

NOTE:
Transfer components to the seat track as necessary.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Driver seat with memory

NOTE:
This step is only necessary when installing a new component.
Operate the seat track in all directions through the
full range of travel to set soft stops and avoid a premature stopping
point occurrence after the vehicle is returned to the customer.

Positioning the seat fully upward provides access to
service the seat track motor with the seat in the vehicle...
Other information:
Bring the engine to normal operating temperature. Connect
the Vacuum/Pressure Tester to the intake manifold. Run the engine at the
specified idle speed.
The vacuum gauge should read between 51-74 kPa (15-22 in-Hg)
depending upon the engine condition and the altitude at which the test
is conducted...
Note: Select charge settings on the home
page of the touchscreen or under the vehicle
settings menu to access charge preferences.
Charging may not begin upon plugging in
if you have set up preferred charge times
for this vehicle location. Your vehicle could
delay charging to take advantage of
off-peak electricity rates...
