Removal

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.

Disconnect the negative battery cable.

Remove the fasteners.
Torque:
22 lb.in (2.5 Nm)

Remove the fasteners.
Torque:

Disconnect the electrical connector and retainer.

Disconnect the quick release coupling.
